A dress and a vest in one!  This dress has many button up the front and is made in the softest velvet  The bottom of the dress has a slight cocoon shape with subtle darts.  There is a small lapel collar and the dress is fully lined in cotton.  You can also easily wear this dress as a long open vest.  There are side pockets and back pockets too.
